Please ensure the delivery address you provide during checkout is complete and accurate. Selfhears will not be liable for delays or issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

We deliver worldwide. Orders will be shipped as soon as they are processed and payment has been verified.

Shipping carriers are selected based on the buyer’s location. Selfhears does not control the carrier’s processing or delivery methods.

We offer free shipping on all products worldwide.

SECTION 4 – SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING

Once your order is placed, processed, and payment approved, it will enter the shipping process. Orders are processed immediately and shipped according to the shipping priority selected by the customer.

Important: Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location. Orders from distant warehouses (e.g., Asia) may take longer. If stock is available in USA, EU, UK, or Germany warehouses, orders will ship from the nearest location for faster delivery, and tracking updates will be provided. Otherwise, all orders will ship from our Asia warehouse.

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping is requested. Serums or liquid products are always shipped separately.
