- Return Shipping: Return the product to the exact address specified by our customer support. Do not send it to the address listed on the product packaging.
ℹ️ Shipping Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and handling charges. We strongly recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods and packaging the product securely.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

- Defective on Arrival: If your product does not function correctly or is broken upon arrival, we will send a replacement 100% free.
- Replacement Limit: This warranty covers a maximum of 3 replacements within one year from the delivery date.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover physical damage resulting from misuse or accidents.
- Store Credit Option: After two replacements, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a third replacement.
